Major Daniel McCook's Henry is displayed in the "McCook House" in Ohio. The serial number is #1116 and was made about March, 1863 (no level lock, round but, sight on the brass receiver). He was killed July 19th, 1863 while attacking the Morgan's Raid in OHIO in July 1863.

It was reported that CSA troops too the gun but since 80% were captured, it much have been recovered. It is engraved. Will try to get better images.
